Poultry Leg

A cooked poultry (chicken) thigh (leg). Dark meat served with the bone still attached. Dark meat is more moist and greasy when compared to the white meat portions of a chicken, such as the breast meat. People love to eat fried chicken. There are lots of fast food establishment that specialize in fried chicken, such a Kentucky Fried Chicken and Popeye's.
